Job Title: Estimator
Location: Manchester
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Package!
Sector: Construction / Specialist Sub-Contractor
We are working with a growing, specialist construction business to recruit an Estimator. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estimator who enjoys the detail of tendering but is also keen to develop into a more commercial, client-facing or strategic preconstruction role over time.
You'll play a key role in supporting the full bid and tender process, working closely with internal teams and external clients to deliver accurate, competitive and high-quality estimates.
As Estimator you will:
Support and manage multiple tenders and bid processes simultaneously
Prepare accurate estimates and quotations using estimating software
Interpret construction drawings, specifications and technical procedures
Understand construction sequencing and operational delivery on site
