An innovative company which offers a broad state-of-the-art range of commercial printing products including leaflets, booklets, postcards, promotional cards, invitations, letterheads and business cards is seeking an experienced and efficient Estimator.

Key Accountabilities

Prioritise workload in accordance with quote deadlines

Liaise with Account Managers/ Sales Team to establish required client margin

Liaise with Production Department if unsure of method of production in order to output correct quotation

Liaise with outsource supplier(s) to gain competitive pricing and also develop these relationships

Manage the performance of outsource suppliers with regular reviews, benchmarking against internal performance

Part of the overall customer services team, working in close harmony with business development and production, providing a high standard of customer service at all times

To develop quoting systems and processes with a focus on reducing quote turnaround times and increasing conversion

Required experience:

Estimating: 2 years

Experience with Litho,

Experience within Digital print desirable

Analytical skills

Direct sales skills both face to face and indirectly

Experience of Tender Submission
