Ready to put your estimating skills to work on diverse building and minor works projects? This is a great opportunity for an experienced Estimator who enjoys pricing a variety of projects, working closely with subcontractors, and playing a key role in winning work. You’ll be hands‑on across tenders, RFQs, and EOIs, shaping strategic submissions that drive successful project outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare accurate estimates for tenders, RFQs and EOIs from concept through to submission
• Analyse drawings, specifications and scopes to identify costs, risks and opportunities
• Source and assess subcontractor and supplier pricing
• Develop cost breakdowns, programs and methodologies to support bids
• Provide pricing support for projects and minor works
• Identify scope gaps and risks prior to submission
• Prepare detailed estimates and purchase orders
