About the Company

We are a general contractor providing professional construction services for the multifamily housing industry throughout the western United States. We are currently seeking a Construction Estimator based in Scottsdale, AZ to support projects across our regional footprint. Short-term travel to California, New Mexico, and Nevada may be required depending on project location.

The Estimator is responsible for developing complete and accurate cost estimates for project proposals using Sage Timberline Estimating software while supporting the transition from preconstruction to project execution.
