JOB DESCRIPTION

ESTIMATOR

Imperial Contracting is a general contractor providing professional construction services for the multifamily

housing industry in the western United States. We are currently seeking an estimator based in

Phoenix, AZ to be responsible for estimating potential projects throughout the company’s regions.

Short term travel to California, New Mexico and Nevada would be possible, depending on project

location. The Estimator will provide complete estimates of all costs associated with a project proposal to

a customer. In addition, all estimates will be created in Sage Timberline Estimating software.

Responsibilities

Perform the following responsibilities under the direction of the Manager of Preconstruction

 Enter all Request for Proposals (RFP’s) in Job Setup in the Project Management component of

JobPlanner
