Our projects typically include duct work, plumbing, rooftop units, thermostats, exhaust systems, and grills, primarily for standard office buildings, small healthcare facilities, and retail spaces.
Responsibilities
+ Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
+ Estimate material, labor hours, and job schedules required for completion of construction projects.
+ Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes and proposals, ensuring they meet specific project requirements.
