A leading site/civil construction firm is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates for residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates based on project plans and specificationsReview subcontractor/supplier quotes and develop pricing modelsPrepare and submit competitive bidsManage and price change ordersUse HCSS for estimating and cost managementCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholdersMonitor project budgets and provide cost-performance updatesRequirements
Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field5+ years of estimating experience in site/civil constructionProficiency with HCSS
