Estimator Opportunities – Multiple Openings in MA & RI
We’re hiring Estimators with 3–5 years of experience to support preconstruction efforts across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Responsibilities
+ Collaborate with team members to develop and manage preconstruction schedules, including milestones
+ Coordinate work planning with Operations, Marketing, Business Development, and Executive teams
+ Represent the estimating team during internal meetings, presentations, site visits, and owner/design/consultant meetings
+ Create internal staffing budgets for specific projects
+ Generate Conceptual, Schematic, Design Development, Lump Sum, GMP, and other contract schedules of values
+ Perform quantity take-offs, annotations, assumptions, and qualifica...
