Estimator / Project Manager

Burrow Global is seeking an experienced Capital Project Estimator with a proven track record in petrochemical capital projects to support our Deer Park Engineering office. The primary focus of this role is the preparation of reliable, project-level cost estimates for small- to midsize capital initiatives.

Candidates must bring prior experience as a capital project manager in the petrochemical sector, capable of coordinating technical work packages and, when required, assuming project management accountability through design, construction, and turnover to operations.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the compilation of multi-discipline, capacity/equipment-factored estimates based on conceptual/basic engineering packages for petrochemical projects.

- Prepare and defend estimates in accordance with Burrow Global’s established norms, procedures, and policies.
