Job Description

  • Attends to bid invitation received either direct from the prospective client or as communicated by the President/General Manager

  • Prepares/accomplishes the necessary documentary requirements enclosed in the bid

  • Attends the pre-bid meeting

  • Review carefully the scope of work and specifications detailed in the bid document

  • Analyzes and identifies the required labor, materials, tools, equipments, logistics and other requirements that must be factored in or included in the bid

  • Coordinates with the internal stakeholders such as Procurement and Logistics Department and Human Resources, etc. for the costing of the materials/services. Ensure that rate to be considered in the bid document is based on the prevailing market rates/charges with consideration on the size and location of the project
