Individual Accountabilities

  • Convert customer enquiries and warm leads into accurate, compliant, and margin-aware quotations aligned to commercial practices
  • Act as the primary owner of quotation-related transactions, ensuring customer requirements are correctly interpreted and documented
  • Ensure estimates are technically sound, commercially viable, and ready for progression to sales order creation
  • Produce well-defined scopes of work, clearly articulating assumptions, exclusions, contingencies, and non-standard requirements
  • Ensure scope clarity supports a smooth transition from estimate to production and installation
  • Proactively identify and mitigate commercial, technical, and delivery risks during the estimation phase
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Hardware Design to scope, cost, and validate new or complex customer requirements
