Plumbing Estimator – Houston, TX (Onsite)Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Estimator to join our commercial plumbing estimating team. This is an onsite role in Houston. The right candidate will either lead full-cycle plumbing estimating or focus primarily on takeoffs — based on experience. What You’ll Do Review drawings, specifications, and project plans to understand requirements for plumbing systems. Perform detailed plumbing takeoffs using on-screen takeoff (OST) software (e.g., Trimble Autobid, FastEST/FastPIPE, EstMEP, or similar). Prepare accurate estimates for commercial plumbing scopes including materials, labor, and compliance with plumbing codes and standards. Develop competitive proposals and cost models for bid submissions. Work across a variety of commercial project types — including ground-up construction, education facilities, mixed-use developments, and occasionally healthcare, industrial, or renovation projects.
