    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for appropriately evaluating the cost of a project, and evaluating the cost to take on that project. The candidate will be familiar with our competitive advantages as an organization and will be able to communicate those to our benefit throughout the bidding process.

    Responsibilities

  • Producing cost estimates and proposals for structural steel bid projects and cost estimates for change orders on awarded projects.
  • Develop, implement, participate in and monitor a plan for completing a material and labor take-off from structural and architectural design drawings.
  • Take responsibility for complex projects and routinely functions as the estimate team leader.
