What you will do:

  Analyze project requirements to identify cost‑influencing factors and key estimating variables.
• 
  Prepare detailed material, labor, and service estimates using Xactimate, Symbility, and related platforms.
• 
  Create sketches and documentation within Xactimate to support accurate scope development.
• 
  Access and manage job intake data through R365, MICA Mobility, XactAnalysis, and internal systems.
• 
  Maintain strong vendor and contractor relationships to support pricing accuracy and project coordination.
• 
  Ensure compliance with industry standards by utilizing QA Assist and following established guidelines.
• 
  Manage workflow and communication by updating Zendesk tickets and ensuring accurate client billing.

What you will bring:

• 
  Proficiency with restoration estimating software such as Xactimate, Symbility, and XactAnalysis.
• 
  Working knowledge of restoration disciplines including Water, Fire, Mold, Contents, Packout, Trauma, and Reconstruction.
• 
  Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects independently and professionally.
• 
  Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, insurance carriers, and internal teams.
• 
  High attention to detail and accuracy with a demonstrated sense of urgency in all tasks.
• 
  Relevant experience and technical familiarity including claim file handling, MICA, Zendesk, and 6–12 months of industry-related training.
