Estimator

We're looking for an Estimator to join our Eastern Construction team based in either Witham, Essex or Waterbeach, Witham.

Location: Witham, Essex OR Waterbeach, Cambridge

What will you be responsible for?

As an Estimator, you'll be working within the Eastern Construction team, supporting them in delivering accurate and competitive cost estimates for a wide range of construction projects.

Your day to day will include:

• Producing estimates from BQs, drawings, and specifications
• Developing subcontract trade package enquiries and analysing supply chain input
• Providing early-stage project cost plans and value engineering options
• Managing tender stage cost controls and risk assessments
• Collaborating with client teams and internal stakeholders
