This role analyzes construction documents, drawings, and specifications to determine material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs for both hard-bid and negotiated projects. The position coordinates pricing with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders; evaluates historical cost data and market trends; and prepares detailed estimating deliverables, value engineering options, and bid packages.
