This high profile Construction Group is continuing to expand and is looking to add to their successful Estimating & Quantity Surveying team. With new opportunities coming their way they are looking to add an Estimator, as well as a site based Quantity Surveyor to work on varied commercial-industrial bids ranging up to $300m.

The company carries out work for a wide range of high profile clients across several market segments in the commercial-industrial space. With well structured systems and an excellent reputation they are in a positive period of growth so see these as long term appointments. The Estimator can either be senior or intermediate level with commercial-industrial construction experience on larger scale project, whereas the Quantity Surveyor will work on the negotiation, pricing and submitting of variations as part of a wider site team.

To suit this role you will need to have gained qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction and have experience working as an Estimator or QS with recognisable companies specialising in tier 1 or 2 commercial-industrial projects, ideally in Melbourne. You will need to demonstrate good communication skills, a keen eye for detail and well developed construction knowledge. Remuneration will suit experience.
