Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Hunter to drive new business growth for Estuate across the US, Europe, and APAC markets. This role is ideal for someone excels at networking and executive presentations, and has a proven ability to open new doors and close enterprise-level deals.

This is a front-line, revenue-generating role with clear accountability for acquiring new customers and expanding Estuate's global footprint.

Key Responsibilities

Aggressively prospect and build a strong pipeline of new accounts across target geographies.

Drive end-to-end new logo acquisition: lead generation, qualification, solution pitching, proposal creation (using AI), negotiations, and deal closure.

Deliver impactful C-suite presentations that clearly articulate Estuate's value proposition in AI, cloud, ERP, and digital transformation.

Develop a robust network of decision-makers, influencers, and industry leaders to accelerate pipeline.

Collaborate with delivery and solution teams to tailor offerings and create winning proposals.

Represent Estuate at conferences, networking events, and client meetings to maximize brand visibility and credibility.

Consistently meet or exceed new business revenue targets.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years in IT services / consulting sales with a hunter DNA (new customer acquisition is a must).

Strong track record of winning enterprise clients (preferably across multiple regions: US, Europe, APAC).

Excellent presentation skills — confident in pitching to C-suite and senior executives.

Proven ability to generate leads independently through networking, cold outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and industry connects.

Strong negotiation and closing skills in competitive situations.

Knowledge of IT services landscape: GRC, ERP, BRM, AI/ML, Analytics – Implementations, Migrations, Upgrades and support services.

Nice to Have

Experience selling across all verticals

Prior exposure to AI-driven or digital transformation solutions.

An existing global network that can accelerate pipeline creation.
