Estuate Software- Sap ABAP Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP ABAP Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP ECC and HANA environments support our SAP-to-Incorta report migration initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in RICEFW objects and SAP data models along with a solid understanding of business processes and functional modules.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, test, and deploy ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.

· Optimize existing ABAP code and queries for performance tuning.

· Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

· Analyze existing SAP ECC and HANA-based reports (ALV, classical, and custom) to identify data sources, logic, and dependencies.

· Work on interfaces and data migration using IDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs, and Web Services.

· Support unit testing, data validation, and reconciliation between SAP and Incorta environments

· Document all developments, enhancements, and configurations following best practices.

· Participate in code reviews, technical documentation of data extraction logic, dependencies, and reusable components and knowledge sharing sessions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· 5–7 years of experience in SAP ABAP development across SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.

· Strong experience with:

· Reports (Classical, ALV, Interactive & Custom)

· Enhancements (User Exits, BADI, BAPI, Implicit/Explicit Enhancements)

· IDOCs, Interfaces, and Data Dictionary

· Knowledge of Fiori/UI5 integration and OData services (preferred).

· Familiarity with transport management, version control, and debugging tools.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile, cross-functional environment.
