Evaluate and reconcile information from various sources, distinguishing user needs from underlying requirements. 

Clearly define, document, review and obtain sign-off for requirements related to internal or client-requested changes, collaborating with IT , product, vendor and operations teams. 

Manage product backlogs, monitor project progress and track records using tools like JIRA, Teams and Confluence. 

Flexible in working on technical solutions and system configurations for delivery to the Business or clients, including supporting ‘GO LIVE’ activities.
