Job Description

Role
The Ethernet Network Engineer Architect is responsible for designing, evolving, and governing high-scale Ethernet fabrics for modern data centers supporting AI/ML, HPC, and large-scale cloud workloads. The role owns end-to-end architecture for multi-tenant Spine-Leaf (Clos) networks using EVPN-VXLAN, RoCEv2 design for lossless transport, and BGP-based routing for predictable convergence. This individual serves as the technical authority for platform evaluation (400G/800G), optical strategy, standards, documentation, and mentorship across global deployments.
Mandatory Skillset
Expert knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EVPN, VXLAN, and MCLAG, including design patterns for scale and resiliency.
Specialized skills in configuring PFC, ECN, and DCBX to support RoCEv2-based communication for GPU-to-GPU or GPU-to-Storage traffic.
Mastery of Network OS environments such as Junos, EOS, SONiC, or NX-OS, including advanced kernel tuning and ASIC-specific optimizations.
