Role - Ethics and Compliance Liaison – Concerns Management Specialist
The Ethics & Compliance Liaison – Concerns Management Specialist (E&C Specialist) supports the Mobility & Convenience, Americas (M&CA) Ethics & Compliance Liaison (ECL) in ensuring ethical standards and compliance processes are embedded and concerns are managed effectively by the business to mitigate risk. In partnership with Business Integrity, the E&C specialist ensures concerns are handled in accordance with BP's Code of Conduct, policies, and applicable laws while maintaining independence, confidentiality, and objectivity.
Shift time - 5.30 PM to 2.30 AM IST
Responsibilities -

- Act as a resource for employees seeking guidance on ethical decision-making, and as the primary business collaborator for M&CA's E&C program regarding concerns management.
- Review concerns referred to you and ensure timely documentation.
