About This Position
The Office of Ethics (ETH/ETH) is responsible for providing impartial assistance to IDB Group employees and management in reviewing and resolving matters related to ethics and workplace conduct. ETH provides advice in response to requests for interpretation of the Codes of Ethics and Professional Conduct for IDB and IDB Invest (Codes of Ethics), manages the Declaration of Interest (DoI) Program, investigates employee misconduct allegations, and leads communications, outreach, and training initiatives to increase awareness on e...
