Why this role?
KONE is seeking a skilled and experienced Ethics & Compliance Manager to lead all compliance related activities to protect KONE’s reputation and business interests. This person will drive the implementation, enhancements and monitoring of the Global Ethics & Compliance program and will continue building a sustainable culture of integrity and ethical behaviour across KONE India. The role can be based in Delhi, Mumbai or Chennai and will report directly to Ethics & Compliance Director, APM.
What will you be doing?
Implementation, enhancement and monitoring of the Global Ethics & Compliance program across KONE India frontline and supply chainManage and promote the whistleblowing channels for reporting of actual or suspected compliance violationsLead and conduct internal investigations related to various compliance issuesConduct compliance risk assessments at a country level, develop action plans based on findings and follows up with the business to ensure actions are put into placeProvide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on various compliance matters to ensure ethical decision makingProvide trainings on compliance matters for the organization, on a country level or to target risk groupsDesign, deploy and lead a compliance uplift strategy across KONE IndiaLead internal communication campaigns and activities to raise compliance awarenessPromote a compliance-oriented culture and mind-set among employees and business partners in the regionWork closely with the local leadership and drive effective inclusion of compliance in business activities and strategiesProvide regular and comprehensive updates to Compliance Director, APM and India Leadership Team on all compliance matters in the regionAre you the one?
Higher education (not lower than master’s or specialist’s degree) in business, law, finance or any other relevant fieldMinimum 5 years of relevant compliance experience, preferably in large international organizationsDeep understanding and knowledge of an effective compliance program and regulatory compliance standards pertaining to anti-bribery and corruption and other compliance related subjectsA proven record in conducting and managing internal investigationsCompliance certifications such as CCEP-I or CFE are seen as advantageFluent in EnglishStrong verbal and communication skills. Proven leadership skills with ability to engage and influence different levels of the organization, including senior leadershipEffective stakeholder management, collaboration and business partnering skillsWillingness to travel frequently within IndiaWhat do we offer?
