& SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our SAP Ariba team. This role is ideal for individuals with foundational knowledge of procurement systems and a keen interest in digital transformation. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals to support procurement operations and help optimize sourcing and supplier management using SAP Ariba.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the configuration and support of SAP Ariba modules such as Sourcing, Contracts, and Procurement.
  • Participate in requirements gathering sessions and help document business needs.
  • Support testing activities including integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Help maintain system data and ensure accuracy across procurement workflows.
  • Provide user support and training under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve procurement processes.

    • Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with SAP Ariba or other procurement platforms (academic or internship experience is acceptable).
  • Basic understanding of procurement and sourcing processes.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
