& SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Associate with hands-on experience in SAP Ariba to join our procurement transformation team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about digital procurement and eager to contribute to strategic sourcing, supplier management, and process optimization using SAP Ariba solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, deploy, and support SAP Ariba modules including Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, and Procurement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of procurement workflows and approval processes.
  • Support data migration, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process automation.

    • Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 2.5 years of hands-on experience with SAP Ariba (implementation or support).
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP integration and data flow between systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
