& SummaryWe are looking for a results-driven SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Rewards Consultant with 2.5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Compensation and Variable Pay modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering strategic compensation solutions that align with business goals and employee engagement strategies. This role requires strong functional knowledge, configuration expertise, and the ability to work closely with HR and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Lead or support end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules.
Configure compensation templates, eligibility rules, budgets, guidelines, and route maps.
Design and implement business rules and workflows for salary planning, bonus programs, and equity awards.
