& SummaryThe BI Engineer specializes in designing and delivering business intelligence solutions that provide deep insights to measure performance and KPIs for different use cases. By leveraging advanced visualization tools, the BI Engineer enables stakeholders to track trends, identify risks, and capitalize on opportunities within the different engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards using leading BI tools, tailored to reflect banking KPIs like delinquency rates and collection efficiency.

  • Work closely with data teams to ensure seamless access to well-structured datasets.

  • Optimize the performance of dashboards and reports to handle large-scale banking datasets efficiently.

  • Ensure that BI solutions adhere to organizational standards for data security, governance, and compliance.

  • Proactively identify and resolve issues related to data visualization and reporting workflows.

    • Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in BI development, with experience in the banking domain, especially collections and loans.

  • Strong understanding of delinquency rates, collection efficiency, and loan portfolio health, and their representation in BI tools.

  • Expertise in BI tools like Power BI and Metabase.

  • Advanced SQL skills for querying large datasets in Presto, PostgreSQL, and Hive.

  • Familiarity with medallion architecture and data visualization best practices.
