Overview:
The Data Transformation Specialist is responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end data pipelines by understanding the business requirements of both data sources and target systems, including extracting data, transforming it into the required business-relevant information.
This role requires more than just following instructions we need someone who proactively identifies issues, understands the why behind the request, and takes ownership of designing and implementing solutions. Flexibility beyond assigned roles is key in our culture.
