ETS-Agentforce Voice Config Expert

Job Description
We urgently require an external consultant or subcontractor to prepare and deliver a technical demonstration of Salesforce Agentforce Voice capabilities, Service Cloud Voice, CTI for one of our clients. The demonstration must be prepared this week, with a flexible budget available for the right expertise.
Key Requirements
Must have: Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce Voice configuration and implementation
Must have: Strong background in Salesforce Service Cloud integration
Must have: Ability to develop and deliver compelling technical demonstrations to IT stakeholders
Preferred: Prior experience working with ETS or similar organizations
Preferred: Salesforce certifications in Service Cloud and/or Voice-related specializations
Scope of Work
Review existing ETS Salesforce environment and requirements
Develop a tailored Agentforce Voice demonstration script and flow
Prepare supporting materials and technical documentation
