EUC Admin / EUC Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support EUC technologies such as virtual desktops (VDI), application delivery, and endpoint management.
• Design and implement EUC architecture that meets business needs and improves user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, and applications.
• Work with security teams to ensure devices and applications are secure and compliant.
• Manage software deployments, updates, and patches across endpoints.
• Optimize performance of desktops, applications, and remote access solutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate EUC solutions with other systems and infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain documentation for EUC environments and processes.
• Mentor and guide junior EUC team members.
• Stay updated on the latest EUC technologies and recommend improvements.
