EUC Administrator - EUC Architect

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced End-User Computing (EUC) Administrator or Architect to help manage and improve our IT systems that employees use every day—like laptops, desktops, virtual desktops (VDI), mobile devices, and related tools. You will also help design better systems and processes to make our work environment more secure, efficient, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage user devices like laptops, desktops, and mobile phones.
• Support and maintain virtual desktop systems (like Citrix or VMware Horizon).
• Help users with technical issues related to their devices or software.
• Install and update software, operating systems, and security patches.
• Manage tools used for large-scale device management (like Microsoft Intune, SCCM, JAMF).
