Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced End-User Computing / Workplace Engineer to manage, support, and continuously improve end-user devices, workspace platforms, and collaboration technologies. The role focuses on device lifecycle management, endpoint security, Microsoft 365 services, and providing advanced user support while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities


End-User Computing & Device Management

  • Manage the full device lifecycle including provisioning, configuration, patching, upgrades, and decommissioning.
  • Administer endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune and/or SCCM.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex endpoint, device, and workspace-related issues.

Workspace & Collaboration Technologies

  • Support and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
