Responsibilities
Manage device lifecycle activities including provisioning, patching, upgrades, and decommissioning.
Administer endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune and/or SCCM.
Troubleshot complex endpoint and workspace-related issues.
Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoinT.
Assist with collaboration and productivity tool enhancements.
Support virtual desktop or remote access solutions (e.g. AVD, VDI) where applicable.
Implement and maintain endpoint security controls such as BitLocker, Defender, and compliance policies.
Support identity and access management using Entra ID (Azure AD), MFA, and Conditional Access.
Ensure workspace environments meet internal security, audit, and compliance requirements.
Provide Level 2 / Level 3 support for workspace-related incidents and service request.
Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions for recurring issues.
