EUC Team Leader - Windows 11

Keystreams Local Government team is recruiting for an EUC Team Leader to support a London local authority on a short-term contract. This role is providing cover for a departing permanent manager while the authority recruits long term. It is a hands-on operational role with a strong focus on service stability and delivery. The successful candidate will take responsibility for leading a small End User Computing team and completing a Windows 11 rollout, while ensuring day to day EUC operations continue to run effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the EUC team, providing day to day technical and operational direction.
• Complete the remaining Windows 11 rollout across laptops and desktops.
• Oversee Intune, device builds, deployments and troubleshooting.
• Ensure operational handover of Windows 11 devices into BAU support.
• Manage service requests including desktop equipment, headsets and user devices.
