Role: End User Computing Lead SME

Required Technical Skill Set: EUC competency on all domains with additional expertise on Desktop/Laptop configuration with Leadership quality

Desired Experience Range: 8-12 years

Location: Hyderabad

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency):

Must-Have

  • Excellent communication skills, handling customers and matching the pace
  • Understanding of EUC role, leadership skills
  • Innovation ideas and automation opportunities in EUC
  • Best Practices on improving/stabilizing EUC Operations
  • Must have a good experience in Image Management
  • Expertise in Device management tools such as Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM) components formerly known as MECM/SCCM
  • Autopilot, Patch Management, Operating System Deployment (OSD/MDT), Software Distribution & Hardware/Software Inventories.
  • Expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting the Windows (client and server) operating system. Strong knowledge of Windows (client and server) operating systems.
  • Understand Active Directory administration with emphasis on organizational units, group policy and client interaction/security.
  • Scripting experience in PowerShell is a plus.
  • Image Management
  • Good knowledge on Service Now, MS Office, Remote Support, Mobility, Antivirus, Engineering Services.
  • Experience with managing iOS, Windows & Android devices in a Global environment.
  • Generate reports and share with stakeholders
  • Resource Management, Shift Management, Stake Holder Management, Quality Management, Knowledge Management
  • Process knowledge on ITIL
  • Managing Team members and helping on their career aspirations

Good-to-Have

  • Project Management experience a plus
  • Assessment of customer's environment prior to migration.
  • Project plan development
  • Methodical approach to problem solving and resolution
  • Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups
  • Exposed to best practice design & Implementation methodology
  • Willingness to proactively provide input for improvements
  • Experience with Problem and Change Management processes and applications

Responsibilities

  • Publishing the customer required reports - Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly
  • Identify the Risk and issue, action and mitigation plan
  • Identifying the area of improvements and execute them with customer approval
  • Proven People Management skills
