About the Role

LeapScholar is looking for a Europe Study Abroad Counsellor to guide students through the end-to-end admissions journey for countries such as Germany, France, Netherlands, Ireland, Sweden, and other European destinations.


The charter for this role will include

  • Conduct telephonic and virtual counselling sessions for students interested in studying in Europe
  • Evaluate student profiles and recommend suitable courses and universities
  • Support students with applications, documentation, and submissions
  • Guide students through visa processes and timelines
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth application processing
  • Maintain student records and meet defined SLAs and targets
