About the Role
LeapScholar is looking for a Europe Study Abroad Counsellor to guide students through the end-to-end admissions journey for countries such as Germany, France, Netherlands, Ireland, Sweden, and other European destinations.
The charter for this role will include
- Conduct telephonic and virtual counselling sessions for students interested in studying in Europe
- Evaluate student profiles and recommend suitable courses and universities
- Support students with applications, documentation, and submissions
- Guide students through visa processes and timelines
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth application processing
- Maintain student records and meet defined SLAs and targets
Ideal Persona
- 1+ year of study abroad counselling experience (Europe preferred)
- Strong understanding of European universities and admission processes
- Excellent communication and student-handling skills
