Roles and Responsibilities

With this role, you will be handling payroll for different regions directly from scratch level. Continuous interaction with payroll service providers and HR to align the payroll activities with continuous improvement to streamline the payroll process.

  • Good payroll and accounting skills along with good communication skills.
  • To handle payroll transactions on daily basis which include identification new hires, Leavers, variable inputs, leaves, deductions, salary advances, benefits and consolidation of all these inputs into Payroll vendor’s specific format/ validation, timely processing payroll statutory payments, addressing employee’s queries from SSDs.
  • To handle internal, external payroll audits & local payroll audits.
