Summary

/Objective:The European Regional Finance Manager oversees and supports the financial accounting activities across multiple European countries. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, while managing a small team of finance professionals. The manager works closely with regional business units and utilizes Workday Accounting software to optimize financial processes.Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with IFRS and local accounting standards.

Review and negotiate ongoing services and contracts with suppliers and co-ordinate with department managers.

Maintain and enhance internal control systems and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
