Key Responsibilities
Provide L1/L2 support for desktop, laptop, OS, applications, network access, and hardware issues
Build, deploy, and upgrade Windows & Mac laptops; manage new joiner setups
Support JML (Joiner–Mover–Leaver) processes and local IT asset management
Manage incidents and service requests via ServiceNow; ensure SLA adherence
Support meeting rooms, AV, conferencing, and Teams voice systems
Coordinate with 3rd-party vendors and escalate issues when required
Assist with software upgrades, patching, imaging, and local IT projects
Drive service improvements, automation, and end-user technology adoption
Support audits and collaborate with global IT support teams
