Context
Our CS EUV Global Support Center (GSC) ensures advanced remote technical support from 3 different continents (Europe, Asia, and North America) collaborating with the worldwide ASML teams at ASML’s customer sites.
The technical issues encountered on ASML’s machines are highly complex: collaboration by GSC engineers in cross-functional engineering teams is key to get to a clear diagnosis of hardware, software or performance issues. After diagnosis, GSC is responsible to create technical action plans to repair and recover the system. GSC may also travel onsite to help the local ASML teams handle issues locally. Each of the incidents seen at customer site are analyzed and documented to prevent similar incidents in the future.
