Technical Support Engineer
Introduction to the job
Technical Support Engineer (TSE) Provides technical equipment support to ASML field service engineers and customers by analyzing and solving complex technical equipment problems. Responsible for creating forward looking action plans, both remote and - when needed - in the customerfabto execute complex technical actions. Acts as a diagnostics expert with in-depth equipment knowledge on installed base systems and new products. Responsible foridentifyingand recognizing structural issues, finding workarounds to mitigateissuesand driving structural issue resolution via the corresponding channels in the central organization

•반복적으로발생하는구조적문제를식별하고,단기적인우회방안을마련하며,중앙조직과협업해근본원인해결을주도
