Job Opening: EV 2 Wheeler Sales Executive

Our client, an Indian multinational ride-sharing company, is seeking a dynamic and presentable EV 2 Wheeler Sales Executive to join their team in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will have a passion for EV 2 Wheeler and a proven track record in sales, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

  • Maintain a presentable appearance and positive attitude at all times.
  • Manage leads by generating prospects from showroom walk-ins and telephone inquiries.
  • Enter customer inquiries with complete details into the system.
  • Demonstrate scooters to potential customers.
  • Conduct test rides and effectively convert them into final sales.
  • Address customer queries regarding scooter specifications, delivery time, pricing, finance options, and more.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):-

  • Percentage of test ride completion from scheduled test rides.
  • Percentage of sales conversion from completed test rides.
  • Adherence to processes and SOPs with no deviations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences with no negative feedback.
  • Customer experience rating.

  • Requirements

    Requirements:-
  • 1+ year of working experience in EV 2 Wheeler sales.
  • Immediate to 10 days notice period.
  • Qualification: 12th pass/Graduation/Diploma.
  • Sales expertise in EV 2 Wheeler industry, preferably in 2W or 4W dealership, retail, insurance, finance, or banking.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Good communication skills.
