Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Presentable Appearance and Attitude.
  
• Lead Management - Generate prospects from showroom walk-in, telephone enquiries.
  
• Enquiries are to be entered in the tab with complete details of the customer.
  
• Demonstrating the Scooter.
  
• Carry out Test rides and convert to final sale.
  
• Addressing customer queries related to Scooter specifications, Delivery time, Scooter Pricing, Finance options, etc.
  
• Closing and Followup.
  

Requirements

KPIs :-

- Percentage of TR completion from scheduled TR

- Percentage of Sales conversion from Completed TR

- Process adherence, No deviation from the Processes or SOPs

- Good at giving Customer Experience and No Negative Feedback from Customer

- CX rating

Qualifications, Experience & Skills Sales Expertise in EV 2Wheeler Sales - worked in 2W or 4W Dealership, Retail, Insurance, Finance & Banking preferred.

Qualification :- Graduation/Diploma

Experience:- Min. 1 Yrs

Knows driving and have DL

Good communication skills.
