Enquiries are to be entered in the tab with complete details of the customer. Demonstrating the Scooter. Carry out Test rides and convert to final sale. Addressing customer queries related to Scooter specifications, Delivery time, Scooter Pricing, Finance options, etc. Closing and Followup. Requirements KPIs :- - Percentage of TR completion from scheduled TR - Percentage of Sales conversion from Completed TR - Process adherence, No deviation from the Processes or SOPs - Good at giving Customer Experience and No Negative Feedback from Customer - CX rating Qualifications, Experience & Skills Sales Expertise in EV 2Wheeler Sales - worked in 2W or 4W Dealership, Retail, Insurance, Finance & Banking preferred. Qualification :- Graduation/Diploma Experience:- Min. 1 Yrs Knows driving and have DL Good communication skills. Benefits MAXIMUM SALARY 2.40 LPA
BE Automobile Engineer with or without automotive experience BE Mechanical Engineer with Automotive Experience Diploma with Automotive ( Relevant ) experience also would be fine
