Job Title: EV 2Wheeler Sales Executive Job Description: We are in search of a dynamic and driven EV 2W Sales Executive to become part of our team. The ideal candidate will be accountable for managing leads, handling customer inquiries, facilitating test rides, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Executive will be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a smooth sales process. Key Responsibilities: Maintain a professional appearance and positive demeanor consistently. Generate leads from showroom walk-ins and phone inquiries. Record customer inquiries in the system with comprehensive information. Showcase scooters to potential customers. Conduct test rides and effectively convert them into finalized sales. Address customer questions about scooter specifications, delivery timelines, pricing, and financing options. Finalize sales and follow up with customers as necessary. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Percentage of completed test rides from scheduled test rides. Percentage of sales conversion from completed test rides. Adherence to processes with no deviation from standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ensure a high level of customer experience with no negative feedback. Customer experience (CX) rating. Requirements At least 1 year of experience in 2W or 4W dealership, retail, insurance, finance, or banking is preferred. 12th pass/Graduation/Diploma. Must possess a valid driving license and be skilled in driving. Exceptional communication skills. Benefits SALARY will be upto 2.4 - 2.76 LPA CTC PF + ESIC Incentives
