We have an Excellent Opportunity for Male Candidates for EV 2Wheeler Sales Executive.

About Client:

Our Client is an Indian multinational ride-sharing company, It also operates in other business verticals including financial services and cloud kitchens.

Role: EV 2Wheeler Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:-
  • Presentable Appearance and Attitude.
  • Lead Management - Generate prospects from showroom walk-ins, telephone inquiries
  • Inquiries are to be entered in the tab with complete details of the customer.
  • Demonstrating the Scooter.
  • Carry out Test rides and convert to final sale
  • Addressing customer queries related to Scooter specifications, Delivery time, Scooter Pricing, Finance options, etc
  • Closing and Follow-up.

KPIs:-
  • - Percentage of TR completion from scheduled TR
  • - Percentage of Sales conversion from Completed TR
  • - Process adherence, No deviation from the Processes or SOPs
  • - Good at giving Customer Experience and No Negative Feedback from Customers
  • - CX rating


Requirements

  • Experience & Skills Sales Expertise in Automobile - worked in 2W or 4W Dealership, Retail preferred 
  • Min Qualification:- 12th + diploma/graduation (No ITI)
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Should know 2-wheeler driving (Driving License is not mandatory)


Benefits


Salary:- 2.4 to 2.76 ctc + PF+ ESIC & Variables
