EV & Energy Test Solution Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to manage project scope, schedules, cost, risks, and quality commitments.
• Hardware and Software development for EV charging and energy storage/conversion NPI or custom solutions.
• Maintain and continuously improve internal technical standards, document control processes, and data management systems.
• Ensure all engineering outputs comply with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support pre-sales activities, including providing inputs for System configuration and software architecture, Statements of Work (SoWs), and Requests for Quotations (RFQs).
• Work in partnership with the Regulatory team to ensure product compliance with safety and certification standards.
• Participate in design reviews and risk assessments to proactively identify and mitigate potential issues.
