The Mandate:

Logistics and production. They take the ‘cool idea‘ and make it happen physically.

Job Description:

● Production & Ops: Manage vendor setup, lighting, sound, and crowd control for weekly

rituals and IP events.

● The Workshop Lead: Coordinate with artists/experts for paid masterclasses (ticketing,

materials, setup).

● Visual Merchandising: Ensure the common areas always look ‘Instagrammable‘ and

align with the season‘s theme.
